Operations Transport Administrator
Transport Administrator role has become available at the Resources and Industrial business unit of Linfox in Hazelmere. This role requires an experienced operational administrator to provide effective support for the linehaul and PUD teams.
Reporting to the Operations Manager - Linehaul, you will:
Adhere to Linfox Safety Standards and promote the Vision Zero culture
Track and report Linfox fleet assets including trailers, dollys and forklifts
Complete daily readings of hub meters and tag out trailers for servicing
Track fleet locations around WA and report at risk trailers
Coordinate mobilisation of FIFO drivers
Assist in the creation and upkeep of various reports
General administration duties, including driver’s medicals and expenses
To excel in this role, you will be an excellent communicator with strong time management skills; a supportive team player that can work autonomously when required; and you also will have:
2+ years operational work experience in the transport industry
Knowledge of truck & trailer type allocation, Permits and Dangerous Goods
Working knowledge of relevant Australian transport rules and regulations
Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
