About the position

Reporting to the Finance Partner of our Intermodal division, you will work within a small team to manage the day to day reconciliation and processing of invoices for our clients.  This role requires strong attention to detail as well as a proactive and professional approach to ensure we communicate with our internal stake holders to resolve any issues.

Reporting to the Finance Partner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the processing of invoices for multiple clients
  • Provide weekly accruals and payroll for Accounts at Head Office
  • Provide timely and accurate information for the weekly generation of financial reporting, billing of customers and payment of employee
  • Timely processing of sales orders to enable billing in line with corporate and customer requirements
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including our internal customers

About you

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Proficient experience using financial reporting systems
  • Previous experience with accounts receivable specifically with billing
  • Ability to deal with multiple customers and multiple rate cards
  • An understanding of accounting ledgers
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to perform in a busy environment and prioritise accordingly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional attitude
  • Self-sufficient approach to work
  • Analytical and systems driven
