Our Intermodal Business Unit are currently seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join the team based at West Melbourne.

Reporting into the Victorian Rail Manager, you will be required to work closely with company employees and contractors at all levels, to ensure compliance outcomes and requirements are met. To be successful in this role, it will require you to have the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a high-level attention to detail.


Reporting to the Victorian Rail Manager, your responsibilities will include, however not limited to:

  • Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times
  • Inducting all drivers casual, company and subcontractors for all on site requirements
  • Fleet maintenance of site equipment
  • Maintain and update training compliance records for all company employees and sub-contractors
  • Ensuring the day to day compliance of company drivers and subcontractors is always being adhered to
  • Reviewing driver daily run sheets to ensure compliance across NHVAS, BFM and standard hours of operations
  • Compliance and adherence to all local and federal Government laws including BFM and Standard Hour Accreditation.


As the successful candidate you will have:

  • Previous compliance experience in a transport environment is essential
  • An organised and systematic approach to work, and high-level attention to detail;
  • A detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and the Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a highly complex environment
  • Effective time management skills with a strong ability to multi task and prioritise in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of BFM and Standard Hour Accreditation
  • Knowledge and understanding of transport compliance requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of NHVAS for Mass Management & Maintenance Management


You will be required to meet Linfox's employment criteria which will include but not be limited to a Criminal History Check and full medical with a drug and alcohol test.
