About the position

Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Manager. We want to harness your passion, innovation and creativity to lead a team of 9 Customer Service Officers as we continue to expand our Healthcare supply chain operation. 

As part of the site leadership team, you will be an exceptional Manager who can set a benchmark, develop a team and take on the challenge to ensure every customer receives exceptional service, every time.

The Customer Service department is a busy and dynamic hub, ensuring excellent customer service whilst coordinating stock & order management, pricing & master data, quality assurance requirements and warehousing and transport arrangements. To be successful you will have proven experience at this level or in a similar role and possess a proven track record of navigating SAP.

 Reporting to the General Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times;
  • Develop solid KPIs and present innovative ways to track and report on these
  • Managing the accurate entry of orders and ensuring communication to all departments involved in the processing of orders to ensure KPIs and service levels are exceeded
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving their issues in a timely manner whilst ensuring your team are trained to deal with a variety of scenarios
  • Confidently managing customer expectations by liaising with quality, operations and end customers to ensure a collective approach to out of cycle requests
  • Providing leadership to your team and developing your staff to exceed expectations for operations and our customers

About you

The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • Advanced experience using SAP is essential
  • Previous experience managing a team within a healthcare/pharmaceutical environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A commitment to the Linfox Safety standards and values
  • Ability to proactively problem solve and provide continuous improvement suggestions
