What does the job look like?
We’re looking for an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our Kemps Creek site. This role is crucial in managing inventory usage and storage for BevChain, ensuring stock accuracy, product integrity, and customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with internal teams and our Coles counterpart to keep operations running smoothly while maintaining strong relationships with customers. Key areas:
- Coordinate all inventory processes including replenishment, receipting, stock adjustments, gains/losses, and breakages.
- Efficiently roster labour to support operational productivity and service delivery.
- Maintain clear communication across teams, shifts, and customer contacts.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and WHS policies.
- Support with stock counts, consumables, and equipment maintenance
- Respond to customer inquiries and support stock takes to meet customer objectives.
- Maintain a safe working environment, complying with WHS procedures and promoting injury-free practices.
Are you the one?
We are looking for a driven, analytical, and independent individual capable of overseeing and upkeeping all facets of inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen attention to detail and possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You can demonstrate:
- 2+ years experience in inventory, warehousing, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF systems.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen.
- Attention to detail, highly motivated, and self-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and performance-driven outcomes.
