What does the job look like?

The Administrator provides high-quality administrative support to our flagship Linfox Regency Park BevChain site, supporting the Site Manager and wider team to ensure smooth daily operations. This role is critical to payroll accuracy, reporting, site administration, and creating a safe and efficient work environment.

This position also incorporates reception responsibilities, with a flexible start time between 7:00am and 8:30am, supporting site operations and front-of-house requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk duties, visitor sign‑in, and access card coordination with Security.
  • Prepare weekly payroll data, manifests, and delivery dockets.
  • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate and update site training records for employees, agency staff, and contractors.
  • Support driver run sheet data entry and assist with weekly KPI reporting.
  • Oversee office administration including stationery, uniforms, and site amenities.

This role suits an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys being central to a busy site. You’ll combine reception and administration duties, supporting payroll accuracy, reporting, and daily operations while helping create a welcoming, safe, and collaborative workplace. You will bring:

  • Experience in a fast‑paced administrative, logistics, or operational environment.
  • Strong customer service focus with high standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Knowledge of WHS requirements; Kronos and SAP experience highly regarded.
