What does the job look like?

We are seeking a collaborative PM Transport Coordinator to support the efficient planning, coordination and execution of transport operations at our Truganina VIC site. This role plays a key part in driving operational performance and cost efficiency by coordinating daily transport activities, ensuring service delivery requirements are met, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. This is a permanent position, working with leading beverage clients, Monday to Friday between 1pm and 9pm.

Key areas:

• Ensure strict compliance with safety, compliance and Chain of Responsibility requirements, including incident reporting and load audits
• Coordinate and allocate transport with a strong focus on outcomes, service levels.
• Manage driver and subcontractor compliance, including site inductions, licence verification and vehicle validation
• Deliver professional customer service while managing pallets, returns and customer‑specific transport requirements
• Liaise effectively with internal teams and external transport providers to maintain efficient workflow and service delivery
• Actively promote and role‑model safe behaviours, contributing to an injury‑free workplace

Are you the one?

• Previous experience as a Transport Coordinator in supply chain logistics or transport.
• Work collaboratively with drivers, operations, warehouse and customer teams to ensure smooth daily transport operations and service delivery.
• Confidently communicate with drivers to provide clear instructions, manage workflow priorities, and resolve issues in a professional and respectful manner.
• Experience using transport dispatch systems (or similar platforms) to allocate loads, track movements, update job status and maintain accurate transport records.
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to use standard business systems for data entry, reporting, email communication and document management.
