What does the job look like?

Reporting to the WMS Supervisor, the role of the WMS Support Analyst is to provide ongoing support to all WMS sites by assisting the site WMS analysts in maintaining system alignment between WMS andMILIS. The purpose of this role is to provide assistance to the WMS Supervisor with all tasks related to WMS.

Create and maintain documents/reports in relation to WMS. The responsibilities cover all G&D sites nationally by providing support and guidance to all site users of WMS

  • Assist all sites to maintain system alignment between WMS and MILIS
  • Assist with maintaining WMS documentation (SOPs, Training Material, QRGs)
  • Manage admin and travel requirements for WMS support tasks
  • Remediation of interface message failures between MILIS/WMS Troubleshooting system problems across all WMS sites
  • Assist with catalogue updates for products within MILIS/WMS

Are you the one?

  • Extensive knowledge of WMS and MILIS
  • Experience fulfilling the role as a Superuser/Analyst
  • Comprehensive understanding of MILIS and WMS functions, processes and system design.
