What does the job look like?

We’re currently seeking experienced Warehouse Pick Packers to join our high-performing team in Marsden Park, starting at 6:00am on casual basis. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be expected to hit the ground running from day one. Key areas:

• Picking orders accurately using picking slips and warehouse systems
  
• Packing goods securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, etc.)
  
• Labeling and sealing orders for dispatch with correct customer and freight details
  
• Stock management including receiving deliveries, replenishing shelves, and maintaining inventory accuracy
  
• Dispatch preparation and assisting with truck loading/unloading
  
• General warehouse duties including cleaning, safety checks, and workspace organisation

Are you the one?

We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a busy warehouse environment. You’ll need to demonstrate: 

• Proven experience in pick packing or similar warehouse roles
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
  
• Physical fitness – able to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
  
• A safety-first mindset and commitment to following procedures
  
• A current forklift license is highly desirable but not a must
  
• Confidence using RF scanners and basic warehouse systems
