What does the job look like?
The Administration Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support across our KCDC BevChain site. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting the Site Manager and team with payroll, manifests, delivery dockets, and a range of general administration tasks. Your work will underpin our commitment to operational excellence, customer service, and safety, partnering closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business goals. Key areas:
- Maintain accurate records, manifests, delivery dockets, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate and update site training records for all staff, agencies, and contractors.
- Support data entry for driver run sheets and assist with weekly KPI reporting.
- Manage front desk duties, welcoming visitors and arranging access cards.
- Oversee office amenities, stationery, and uniform orders and distribution.
- Foster strong working relationships across operational, transport, and administrative teams.
- Champion safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives in line with company values.

- Knowledge of OH&S requirements and safe work practices; SAP experience preferred.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
