What does the job look like?

We’re currently on the lookout for experienced Reach Forklift Operators to join our high-performing team in Marsden Park, Sydney. Our team is a welcoming space where everyone can thrive. We celebrate different cultures, languages, and life experiences. We have both Day (6:00am starts) & Afternoon shifts (2:30pm starts) to fit your life. Key areas:

• Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times
  
• High reach forklift operation for picking and replenishment tasks (handling heavy industrial and paint products)
  
• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
  
• General warehouse duties including pick packing, staging orders, and maintaining a tidy workspace
  
• Tracking freight movements via SAP and online booking portals
  
• Thriving in a fast-paced, team environment

Are you the one?

• Hold a valid LF forklift license (High Reach experience essential)
  
• Loading and unloading freight with confidence
  
• Comfortable using basic computer systems, especially SAP or similar platforms
  
• Very safety conscious and be able to adhere to company policies and procedures
  
• Access to reliable transport
  
• Strong work ethic—reliable, punctual & hardworking
  
• A team player with a can-do attitude
