What does the job look like?

As an Operations Coordinator at our Richlands site, you play a key role in ensuring warehouse and customer service activities run smoothly, accurately and on time. You support daily operational planning, maintain critical administrative processes and help deliver a professional, efficient service experience for both internal teams and customers. 

This is a PM shift position working Monday to Friday 2.30pm to 10.30pm based on site at Richlands.

Key deliverables:

  • Plan daily warehouse activity aligned with customer delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate import container schedules while mitigating detention risk.
  • Process all inwards and outwards shipments through SAP and manage related discrepancies.
  • Maintain reporting, documentation, NCR communication and records for customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Process transport bookings via online carrier portals and respond to customer enquiries.
  • Support the dock office, operations team and broader administrative functions as required.

Are you the one?

You’re a detail‑focused operator who enjoys balancing customer expectations with smooth operational flow. You’re organised, proactive and comfortable supporting both warehouse and administrative functions in a busy environment.

You can demonstrate:

  • 2+ years experience in the warehousing or transport industry (preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Understanding of safety, compliance and chain‑of‑responsibility requirements.
  • SAP experience or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Confidence communicating with customers, contractors and internal teams.
  • A customer‑focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
