What Does the job look like?

We are currently seeking an experienced and influential National Quality Manager to lead our Quality, QMS and Compliance programs across the Linfox Healthcare network. Based at Erskine Park (NSW), this national leadership role is pivotal in strengthening our regulatory performance, driving continuous improvement and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our customers.

In this role you will lead the Quality function nationally, ensuring full adherence to all relevant regulatory frameworks (including GxP standards), client requirements and Linfox policies, while providing expert guidance across warehousing, distribution, rework and validation environments. Key areas:

Ensure Linfox Healthcare obtains and maintains all required licences, accreditations and regulatory certifications.

  • Build a robust Quality strategy and ensure clear communication across the CHG business.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Quality & Compliance team across multiple sites.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs, investigate quality issues, respond to audits and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with customers, regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
  • Support new business implementations to ensure quality requirements are met from day one.

About you

You will be an experienced Quality leader with strong working knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement within a complex operational or service‑based environment. You bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience leading QA/QC/Compliance functions in a regulated or standards‑driven setting.
  • Solid understanding of quality management principles, industry regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience managing validation, change control, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong capability in stakeholder engagement across internal teams, customers and external bodies.
  • Highly developed communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to lead through change, manage and develop high‑performing teams.
