What Does the Job Look Like?

As the PM Workflow Planner, working from Mon – Fri 2pm to 10pm, you will manage load planning and outbound operations efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with customers and team members. You'll ensure seamless communication, accurate order processing, and timely deliveries in line with company and customer standards. Key Areas:

  • Process daily outbound orders, finalize them in SAP, and prepare delivery documentation.
  • Book and coordinate transport for outbound orders using Excel and online portals.
  • Liaise with clients and customers to address service inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Report delays and operational issues in real-time.
  • Support the multi-functional team by assisting with additional office duties.
  • Promote Linfox’s values and safety vision while seeking energy-saving opportunities.

Are You the One?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. You Can Demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on planning or administration.
  • Competence in inventory control functions and SAP knowledge (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
  • A commitment to safety, professionalism, and delivering excellent customer service.
