What does the job look like?

We’re looking for an experienced Transport Scheduler to join our Eagle Farm team on a 12-month max-term contract. You’ll coordinate daily routing and scheduling across company and subcontractor fleets, working closely with operations and customers to keep deliveries on track and ensure safe, compliant and efficient transport outcomes.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 10:30am – 6:00pm.

• Plan and coordinate daily routing, scheduling and fleet requirements.
• Drive strong delivery, DIFOT, fleet utilisation and payload outcomes.
• Maintain accurate transport system data and operational reporting.
• Coordinate redeliveries and resolve day-to-day delivery issues.
• Work closely with operations, customers and vendors to meet delivery requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility, transport legislation and safety requirements.
• Deliver a professional and responsive service to customers and stakeholders.

Are you the one? 

• Experience in transport scheduling, load planning or logistics coordination.
• Sound knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and transport compliance.
• Experience using TMS/WMS or similar transport systems.
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
