What does the job look like?

Join our Intermodal team in Regency Park, South Australia as a Reach Stacker Operator, where you’ll play an important role in keeping our busy operations moving safely and efficiently. Working within a supportive operational team on afternoon shift, you’ll be responsible for safely loading and unloading of containers using reach stacker equipment, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy and productivity.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, on afternoon shift with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 2:00pm – 10:00pm. Key areas:

  • Safely operate reach stacker equipment to load and unload trucks and move freight containers throughout the yard 
  • Coordinate container movements to support efficient day-to-day terminal operations
  • Complete pre-start checks and ensure equipment is operated safely and responsibly
  • Work closely with operational teams to prioritise container movements and workflow
  • Maintain accurate container locations and follow relevant operational procedures
  • Champion safe working practices and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment

Are you the one?

You’re an experienced operator with a positive, proactive attitude who takes pride in working safely and being part of a high-performing team. You’re reliable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and motivated to continue building your career. You can demonstrate:
  • Previous experience operating a Reach Stacker to transport freight containers throughout the yard 
  • A current High Risk – Reach Stacker (RS) is essential
  • Strong commitment to safety and following operational procedures
  • Ability to work confidently within a busy, fast-paced transport environment
  • You're reliable and team-focused, with good communication skills
