What does the job look like?

Linfox’s BevChain business unit is currently seeking an MC driver with B-Double Changeover experience to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting beverages from our distribution centre located in Erskine Park, NSW to the Tarcutta changeover point. As part of your duties, you will be required to deliver the products in an automatic brand-new Volvo FH13 truck, Working Sunday to Thursday at 17:00 starts, traveling roughly 4,000+ kilometres per week.
Key areas:

• Always Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards
• Ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
• Complying with the Linfox coupling & uncoupling procedures
• Loading and unloading of trailers 
• Providing excellent customer service and representing Linfox in a professional manner
• Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation

You can demonstrate:

• Current and valid MC license & history of safe work practices
• Familiarity with changeover driving
• Previous experience with coupling and uncoupling is highly regarded
• Proactive approach and positive attitude
• The ability to manage your fatigue
• History of safe work practices
• Strong customer service and communication skills
