What does the job look like?
Linfox partners with leading resources and industrial companies, delivering specialised logistics services nationwide. As a Training and Compliance Coordinator, you'll provide crucial administrative support and coordination for the training and compliance needs of Linfox employees and sub-contractors partners.
This role is available as a part-time job share arrangement for 3 days per week so a great opportunity for an administrative, safety or customer service professional who is seeking both flexibility and career development.
Key areas:
- Onboard new workers and manage inductions
- Organise role-specific training requirements and compliance audits
- Assist in developing training materials and record maintenance
- Investigate and resolve training-related issues
- Conduct site-specific training, including inductions
