What does the job look like?

Join our Retail team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of transport operations for a major national retail customer. Located on-site in Dandenong South, this hands-on role runs Monday to Friday with a 1:30 pm start, focusing on data accuracy, system support and shift readiness. You’ll work closely with both internal stakeholders and the on-site customer, contributing to a supportive, high performing team that values clear communication and a strong work ethic.   • Clean, verify, and enter operational data, including safety KPIs, run sheets, and performance records.
  • Maintain accurate records to support reporting and compliance needs.
  • Assist in preparing the tools, plans, and data needed for the following day’s operations.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with drivers, internal teams, and the customer.
  • Use multiple systems to ensure seamless day-end processes and compliance with safety and COR standards.

Are you the one?

We’re looking for someone who is detail-focused, confident using systems, and keen to support transport operations through data and planning. Full training and support will be provided to the right candidate. You can demonstrate:

  • A professional and confident approach when working alongside the customer.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency when working with operational data.
  • Familiarity with Melbourne’s metro area is helpful but not essential.
  • Organised and proactive mindset to manage end-of-day priorities.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel; experience with transport systems is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
