Are you ready to be the catalyst for leadership excellence at Linfox?

As a Leadership Development Facilitator, you’ll play a pivotal role in building leadership capability and driving high performance across our business. You’ll partner with our business to design, customize, and deliver contemporary programs that lift performance in leadership, customer service, safety and people outcomes. Your work will strengthen our 'Together, Stronger' culture and enable our people to reach their full potential.

In this dynamic environment, you will:

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to identify needs and deliver innovative leadership training that supports capability growth and succession at all levels. You’ll leverage your organisational savvy and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and influence outcomes.
• Ensure all content and delivery methods, from workshops to online modules, drive the desired mindset and behaviour shifts, building competence, confidence, and knowledge. You’ll adapt your approach to suit diverse audiences, demonstrating situational adaptability and valuing differences.
• Promote and communicate development initiatives, working in partnership with OD and HR to maximise engagement and impact.
• Evaluate and monitor program effectiveness, demonstrating measurable results in safety, customer, people, and growth outcomes. You’ll hold yourself and others accountable for commitments and outcomes.
• Maintain accreditation in programs utilised in-house and ensure all delivery methods are effective, practical, and aligned with our strategy.

You can demonstrate:

• Proven experience in designing, delivering, and developing in-house leadership programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in contextualising learning programs to meet diverse business needs.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with a track record of capability development and improved outcomes in people, performance, and culture.
• Knowledge of adult learning and coaching principles, with experience in Franklin Covey programs and Patrick Lencioni concepts highly regarded.
• High-level stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the presence and credibility to partner across all levels of the business.
