About the Role:

We’re looking for a Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst to join our Group Finance team at Essendon Fields, Victoria. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving the annual budgeting and forecasting process across Linfox ANZ, leading weekly and monthly reporting, and supporting executive-level decision-making through insightful analysis and board pack preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and distribute weekly performance reports across the business.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and insights.
  • Support board members with report development and strategic analysis.
  • Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process at the group level.
  • Collaborate with business units to support their financial planning and reporting needs.

About You:

You’re a passionate and detail-oriented finance professional with a few years’ experience in a complex commercial environment. You thrive in dynamic settings and are eager to grow your skillset in a high-performing team.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven FP&A experience in a multi-layered organisation.
  • A degree in Business, Accounting, Commerce, Finance or similar field
  • CPA or CA qualification (completed or in progress).
  • Familiarity with TM1 or Power BI reporting systems or similar.
  • Demonstrated use of SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
