What does the job look like?
We're looking for a Senior Business Optimisation Manager to join our dynamic team and play a ley role in driving efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and improving operational performance across a fast-paced and evolving environment.
In this high-impact role, you’ll bring your strategic mindset and hands-on expertise to lead change and deliver results. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance services, systems, processes, and data—building smarter business intelligence and staying ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Reporting to the Group Manager, you’ll also lead and mentor a small team, empowering them to deliver meaningful change and support high-performance outcomes across the operation. Key areas:
- Lead productivity and customer experience initiatives using structured project management methods
- Design and implement efficient processes, systems, and reporting to drive performance and insights
- Develop business cases, assess commercial risks, and evaluate benefits
- Foster a culture of service optimisation and continuous improvement
