What does the job look like?

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking National Manager to join our Consumer & Healthcare Group. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and operational excellence across national contracts, with a strong focus on automation, compliance, and continuous improvement. As the primary client contact, you’ll drive business growth, optimise resources, and lead high-performing teams while upholding Linfox’s values. Key Areas:

  • Lead financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and profitability analysis.
  • Drive business development by expanding services, preparing proposals, and strengthening client partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and customer requirements, and champion continuous improvement.
  • Oversee HR, IR, and people leadership, ensuring teams are trained, engaged, and supported.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and ensure all safety and wellbeing standards are met.
  • Act as the key contact for clients, resolving issues, participating in reviews, and delivering on service benchmarks.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site contracts in logistics or business management.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Experience in HR/IR management and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A degree in business management, accounting, economics, or similar (MBA desirable).
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Resilience, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
