What does the job look like?

We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transport Co-Ordinator to join our Healthcare team at Erskine Park. This is a pivotal role within our C&HG - Healthcare business unit, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is passionate about delivering operational excellence.

You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating all inbound and outbound transport activities, ensuring Exact on Time (EOT) deliveries are met. From load planning and SAP TM execution to regulatory compliance and KPI reporting, you’ll play a key role in keeping our transport operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing local, intrastate, and interstate transport loads.
  • Coordinating vehicle load plans and booking deliveries with wholesaler warehouses.
  • Managing customer orders and assembling them into efficient load plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (COR) and regulatory requirements.
  • Generating accurate KPI reports aligned with Linfox Healthcare and customer expectations.

Are you the one?

If you’re passionate about transport logistics and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, this role is for you. You’ll bring:

  • Experience in transport planning or logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in SAP TM or similar transport management systems (advantageous).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of COR and regulatory compliance in transport.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
