What does the program look like?

The Linfox Driver Academy VIC, based out of Mentone, is seeking enthusiastic and safety-focused individuals to join our team. Explore a valuable opportunity through our on-the-job training program, aimed at upgrading your current C class licence to a HR truck license. If you already hold an HR license but lack experience, we provide specialised training opportunities. Emphasising a healthy work-life balance, we provide flexible schedules, opening doors to exciting career opportunities. We offer competitive pay rates that reflect our commitment to recognising and rewarding our drivers' expertise and dedication. • A structured driver training program that supports you to attain your Heavy Rigid (HR). The program is tailored to Linfox.
• Our supportive training scheme includes a buddy program, where you’re paired with an experienced driver to show you the ropes and give you confidence on the road.
• We provide exceptional safety training to keep you and the community safe on the road.
