About the Opportunity:

Are you looking to break into the warehousing industry but unsure where to begin? Our Warehouse Academy in Marsden Park is your gateway to a rewarding career. Located in Sydney’s fast-growing western corridor, our academy offers hands-on experience, nationally recognised training, and a supportive environment designed to help you thrive.

We’re hiring multiple Pick Packers for permanent day shift roles, starting at 6:00 AM. These roles are ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, committed to safety, and ready to take the first step in their logistics journey.

Important: Interviews will be held on Wednesday, 29 October, and successful candidates must be available to commence employment on Monday, 10 November. If you are unable to commit to this timeline, we kindly ask that you do not apply at this time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Picking, packing, and processing customer orders with accuracy and care
• Operating RF scanners and low-level order pickers
  
• Supporting general warehouse operations and assisting team members as needed
• Participating in structured training and onboarding activities
