What does the job look like?

Join Linfox at our state-of-the-art national distribution centre in Derrimut, supporting our highly valued customer, Fuchs. As Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing inbound freight, data entry, and a variety of administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with customers and stakeholders, ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe operations while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all inbound operations, including truck and container bookings, with a focus on complex Fuchs returns and container flows.
  • Oversee and improve inbound receipting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in raising, labelling, and releasing stock.
  • Maintain full control and reconciliation of all pallet movements and accounts, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
  • Manage daily transport logs for inbound deliveries and oversee the inbound booking schedule.
  • Champion safe work practices across inbound and outbound docks, upholding WHS standards.
  • Provide administrative support including weekly payroll close-off, ordering office supplies and workwear, and assisting with KPI reporting and billing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and participate in alignment meetings with customers.

Experience in warehouse and logistics operations, safety and compliance, and proficiency in SAP WMS and Excel will be highly regarded.
