What does the job look like?

As our Transport Solutions Delivery Lead, you will drive the end‑to‑end delivery of small projects, minor works and continuous improvement initiatives across the Transport Solutions portfolio. You will work closely with Portfolio and Delivery leadership, technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure new capabilities, new sites and system enhancements are delivered effectively, safely and on time.

This role is onsite based out of our HQ in Essendon Fields (VIC)

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading the day‑to‑day execution of small projects and supporting large programs.
• Coordinating with technical teams, IT operations and business units to align delivery outcomes with requirements.
• Requirements gathering, process mapping and preparing relevant analysis.
• Creating timelines, managing dependencies and escalating risks or issues as required.
• Ensuring work is delivered on time, scope, budget and quality.
• Reporting on status, progress and data insights.
• Supporting change requests, implementation and site rollouts.
• Driving continuous improvement and value‑add initiatives.

You’re an organised, delivery‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced IT environment and knows how to build strong working relationships. You enjoy problem‑solving, communicating clearly and keeping complex work on track.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP or similar qualification beneficial.
• Experience delivering IT or supply‑chain related projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Waterfall mandatory; Agile advantageous).
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts and base transport operations.
• Excellent teamwork, relationship‑building and influencing skills.
• Ability to think outside the box while maintaining structure and governance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
