What does the job look like?

Linfox is currently seeking Reach Forklift Operators to join our team in Marsden Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a consistent, ongoing role in a clean, organized, and supportive warehouse environment. We have both Day (6:00am starts) & Afternoon shifts (2:30pm starts) to fit your life.

Key responsibilities:

• High reach forklift operation for picking and replenishment tasks (handling heavy industrial and paint products).
• Handling freight in accordance with Linfox Safety Procedures, including dangerous goods awareness and compliance.
• Managing receiving operations, including unloading inbound freight, checking documentation, and allocating stock to the correct locations.
  
• Performing dispatch operations, including pallet staging, load preparation, and outbound freight coordination.
  
• Picking, packing, and preparing freight to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.
  
• Conducting RF scanning to ensure stock accuracy and real‑time inventory updates.

• Hold a valid LF forklift license (High Reach experience essential)
  
• Loading and unloading freight with confidence
  
• Comfortable using basic computer systems, especially SAP or similar platforms

• Access to reliable transport
  
• Strong work ethic—reliable, punctual & hardworking
  
• A team player with a can-do attitude
