What does the job look like?

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑focused Receiving Coordinator to support inbound operations and ensure we deliver exceptional service every day. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, enjoys problem solving, and is committed to accuracy, safety and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating all inbound shipments, ensuring consignments are received, processed and recorded accurately and on time. Key areas:

  • Coordinate daily import and export inbound shipments, ensuring timely in line with service level agreements.
  • Create accurate inbound documentation and audit incoming consignments, escalating discrepancies or issues.
  • Communicate over/undersupply, damages, variances and any inbound exceptions to Inventory and Customer teams.
  • Prioritise urgent GR requests and manage changing volumes and priorities throughout the day.
  • Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure safe, efficient workflows and prevent congestion in receiving areas.
  • Contribute to hazard identification, safety reporting and continuous improvement of inbound processes.

Are you the one?

You’re a team‑oriented, organised and solutions‑focused operator who takes pride in doing things right the first time. You can demonstrate;
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing or a related operational role.
  • Ability to work confidently with systems, including SAP (preferred) and MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to make quick, practical decisions.
  • A commitment to safety, quality and providing exceptional customer service.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
