Looking to break into the warehousing industry but don’t know where to start?

Our Warehouse Academy in Marsden Park, located in Sydney’s fast-growing western corridor, is designed to help you take that first step. Our team is a welcoming space where everyone can thrive. We celebrate different cultures, languages, and life experiences. We have both Day (6:00am starts) & Afternoon shifts (2:30pm starts) to fit your life. These roles are ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, committed to safety, and ready to take the first step in their logistics journey. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Picking, packing, and processing customer orders with accuracy and care
• Operating RF scanners and low-level order pickers
  
• Supporting general warehouse operations and assisting team members as needed
• Participating in structured training and onboarding activities

• A current forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential—those interested in progressing into forklift roles are encouraged to apply
