What does the job look like?

As our HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the effective operation of Linfox’s Learning Management System (LMS) and learning administration services. Based at Essendon Fields, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, data accuracy and stakeholder collaboration in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

Key areas:

  • Maintain accurate LMS data through scheduled data cleanses and enhancements
  • Deliver LMS training to system managers and content creators
  • Triage and resolve LMS issues, escalating to IT or the vendor as required
  • Manage Learning Portal enquiries and requests within agreed timeframes
  • Prepare HR administration documentation, reports and invoice processing
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects as required

Are you the one?

You’re a detail‑focused HR or learning administration professional who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure systems, data and processes run smoothly. You take pride in accuracy, organisation and delivering reliable support to stakeholders.

You can demonstrate:

  • Experience administering a Learning Management System in a corporate environment
  • Hands‑on knowledge of LMS platforms such as Interaction or SuccessFactors
  • Strong capability managing data quality, reporting and system integrity
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across HR, IT and Operations
  • Proven ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
  • A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer service
