Join Linfox’s 24‑month Operations Leadership Graduate Program and develop into a future leader with one of Australia’s most trusted supply chain organisations. Get real frontline leadership exposure from day one in safety‑first, high‑volume operations.  Across four six‑month rotations, you will gain hands‑on operational experience, grow your leadership capability, and contribute to improvements in safety, customer experience and operational performance. This program is designed to support your growth through structured learning, mentoring, and exposure to diverse teams, customers, and real‑world challenges, preparing you for future leadership opportunities across Linfox.

 What can you expect? 

  • Contribute to daily operational delivery while promoting Linfox’s strong safety, health and wellbeing culture. 

  • Participate in practical decision‑making and problem‑solving across a variety of operational environments. 

  • Build leadership capability through the Linfox Frontline Leader Program, graduate workshops and on‑the‑job coaching. 

  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders by sharing insights, presenting recommendations and supporting customer outcomes. 

  • Lead or support improvement projects, applying thoughtful analysis to identify risks, opportunities and benefits. 

  • Shape your career development by engaging in ongoing learning and working toward your individual development plan. 

 Are you the one? 

You are an aspiring leader who is curious, collaborative and eager to learn. You value purpose‑led work and want to build a career in operations where safety, teamwork and people‑centred leadership make a real difference. 

You can demonstrate: 

  • Completion (or near completion) of a degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering or a related field within the last two years. 

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency (including New Zealand citizens) at the time you apply. 

  • Evidence of leadership potential through work, study or community involvement. 

  • A commitment to safety, respectful teamwork and continuous learning. 

  • Flexibility to rotate across multiple Linfox sites during the program. 

  • Interest in operational environments, improvement initiatives or project work. 

  • You bring curiosity, resilience and a practical ‘roll‑up‑your‑sleeves’ approach to solving problems. 

  • The ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. 

  • Be able to commence the program in February 2027.
