Join Linfox’s 24‑month Commercial Leadership Graduate Program and develop into a future leader across Australia’s largest privately owned logistics company. Through four six‑month rotations, you will gain hands‑on commercial experience, build capability across key business functions, and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer value, operational performance and commercial outcomes. Build commercial capability across pricing, tenders and analysis that directly shapes customer outcomes. This program is designed to support your growth with structured learning, mentoring and exposure to diverse teams, customers and business challenges.

 What can you expect? 

  • Contribute to commercial activities including pricing, customer analysis, tender development, forecasting and financial assessments. 

  • Participate in commercial decision‑making, problem‑solving and data analysis across diverse business settings. 

  • Build leadership capability through the Linfox Frontline Leader Program, graduate workshops and tailored coaching. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders by preparing insights, presenting recommendations and supporting customer‑focused solutions. 

  • Lead or support commercial improvement projects, applying careful analysis to assess risks, opportunities and business benefits. 

  • Shape your development through ongoing learning and a personalised growth plan aligned with your career goals. 

 Are you the one? 

You are an aspiring commercial leader who is curious, collaborative and eager to learn. You value purposeful work, enjoy understanding how businesses operate, and want to build a career that blends commercial thinking with people‑centred leadership. 

You can demonstrate: 

  • Completion (or near completion) of a degree in business, commerce, finance, economics or a related discipline within the last two years. 

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency (including New Zealand citizens) at the time you apply. 

  • Evidence of leadership potential through university, work or community involvement. 

  • A commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous learning. 

  • Flexibility to complete four rotational placements across different Linfox sites and business units. 

  • Interest in commercial environments, business analysis, customer engagement or project work. 

  • You’re comfortable learning on the go, asking great questions, and taking feedback to improve quickly 

  • The ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
