We’re looking for an experienced Expense Officer to take ownership in driving best‑practice expense management, and partner closely with stakeholders across the business.

What does the job look like?

This role is central to the effective management of employee expenses across the Linfox Group. You’ll be the go‑to expert for Concur, expense policy, reporting, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on controls, automation, and efficiency.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, large‑scale environment and a passionate for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the SAP Concur expense platform, including upgrades and improvements
  • Ensure timely, accurate processing and closure of expenses across the group
  • Act as the central point of contact for expense queries, reporting and analysis
  • Perform month‑end activities, including preparation, review, and submission of required financial tasks.
  • Partner with business units and cardholders to ensure policy compliance
  • Monitor expense trends, identify anomalies, and support cost control initiatives
  • Prepare and present expense insights and reports to senior stakeholders
  • Manage credit card submissions, fines, and expense payments
  • Support vendor uploads and ensure readiness for weekly pay runs

About You

You’re a detail‑driven finance professional with a strong understanding of expense management in a corporate or shared services environment.

You’ll bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in expense administration or a similar finance role
  • SAP Concur experience is a must.
  • Experience working within a Shared Services or large corporate environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile and interpret large data sets
  • High attention to detail and a track record of accuracy
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • A continuous improvement mindset and passion for automation and efficiency
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a business‑related discipline (desirable)
  • CPA studies (desirable, not essential)
