What does the job look like?

ARMSEC is a specialist security services provider within the Linfox Group, delivering critical security solutions across key operations. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR support across ARMSEC, covering employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and recruitment, while partnering closely with leaders to drive performance, culture and compliance within a standalone business.

Key areas:

  • Deliver day-to-day HR operations across employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and recruitment.
  • Provide advice and coaching to leaders on employment matters, policy interpretation and people leadership.
  • Manage workplace and industrial relations matters including disputes, grievances and disciplinary processes.
  • Support performance and development planning activities to improve capability and outcomes.
  • Contribute to HR strategy, organisational development and change initiatives within ARMSEC.
  • Drive talent, engagement and retention activities, including succession planning and employee initiatives.

Are you the one?

You are a hands-on HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and enjoys partnering closely with leaders to deliver practical HR outcomes.

You can demonstrate:

  • Experience working in a fast paced and highly dynamic blue-collar environment.
  • Proven experience managing operational HR and industrial relations matters.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR/IR practices.
  • Formal qualifications in Human Resource Management, business or a related discipline.
  • Exposure to HR systems, with strong organisational capability to manage competing priorities.
