What does the job look like?

Earn up to $160,000 per year including overtime, working locally out of Port Kembla with no linehaul or time away from home. Be back in your own bed after every shift.

We are currently seeking an experienced MC Tipper Driver to join our well-established Bulk Coal operation. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for the right candidate, working Saturday to Wednesday afternoon-shift, starting at 4:30 PM including regular overtime.

You’ll be operating A-double tipper combinations, transporting coal across the Wollongong and Illawarra region, including mine sites, terminals, and industrial facilities. This is consistent, high-volume work in a structured environment where expectations are clear and safety is non-negotiable. Key areas:

• Operating MC A-Double tipper vehicles safely and efficiently
  
• Committing to Linfox safety standards, including CoR and fatigue management
  
• Following correct coupling and uncoupling procedures
  
• Delivering a professional, reliable service at customer sites
  
• Representing Linfox with pride and professionalism at all times

Are you the one?

You’re a safety-focused and reliable MC driver who thrives in a structured, fast-paced industrial environment. You can demonstrate:

• A current and valid MC licence
  
• Experience operating rear tipper trailers
  
• Strong knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation
  
• The ability to manage fatigue across long shifts
  
• Flexibility to provide ad-hoc coverage when required
