What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit have an opportunity for a Master Data Administrator to join our team in West Melbourne, VIC. In your new role, you’ll drive the creation and maintenance of master data sets across our systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency to enable effective business decision-making.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working Monday – Friday with flexible working hours, commencing between 7-9am. Key areas:

  • Manage and maintain master data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Create and upload templates and develop SOPs to support data processes
  • Upload and maintain customer and subcontractor rates, including fuel surcharges
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather data requirements and support system rollouts
  • Support data integrity by reviewing, cleansing and updating data sets in line with operational needs
  • Resolve system and rating issues while supporting users across SAP and BY systems

Are you the one?

You are a detail-oriented individual with experience managing back-end system data. You understand financial and operational data flows and can work across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You can demonstrate:

  • Experience managing and maintaining master data with a strong focus on accuracy and governance
  • Knowledge of SAP systems and exposure to BY (Blue Yonder) systems
  • Experience working in a similar role within the transport/logistics industry
  • Understanding of financial administrative processes, including rates and cost/revenue flows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to manipulate data
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
