What does the job look like?

As a Senior Pallet Controller, you will oversee the daily movement of pallets across multiple sites and contracts while ensuring accurate pallet reconciliations, stocktakes and reporting. This role plays a critical part in maintaining pallet account health, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting operational stakeholders across the business. This role will be a permanent position and based at Ingleburn but some travel will be required to Erskine Park. Key Areas:

  • Oversee pallet movements across multiple sites and contracts.
  • Maintain pallet hire volumes aligned to operational requirements.
  • Deliver accurate monthly pallet financial reporting, stocktakes and reconciliations.
  • Review data accuracy and maintain pallet data integrity and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across pallet processes and controls.
  • Liaise with customers, pallet providers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support account performance.

Are you the one?

You are a highly organised pallet or logistics professional with strong experience managing pallet accounts, reporting and reconciliations in a fast-paced operational environment. You thrive on accuracy, problem solving and building strong relationships across multiple stakeholders. You can demonstrate:

  • Experience within the transport and logistics industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and 2ic software is preferred.
  • Experience producing, analysing and interpreting operational reports.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and RF systems.
  • Strong pallet reconciliation, auditing and stocktake experience.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and investigate data discrepancies.
