What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit is currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join the team based in Chullora NSW. You will support the transport operations and finance functions by managing invoicing, PODs, customer accounts and operational reporting while working closely with internal stakeholders, customers and subcontractors. This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 8:00am and 9:00am. Key areas:

  • Process weekly invoicing and ensure all customer invoices are completed accurately and within required deadlines
  • Review revenue and cost data, including fuel charges, customer billing and subcontractor adjustments
  • Manage PODs by ensuring documentation is scanned, uploaded and maintained correctly
  • Support customer account administration, including Coles Consolidation and other key accounts
  • Communicate with internal departments, customers and subcontractors to resolve billing and operational queries
  • Maintain accurate records, data entry and reporting using Excel and transport management systems

Are you the one?

  • Experience in transport, logistics, administration, invoicing or accounts receivable
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to review and analyse revenue and cost information
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with POD management, invoicing and transport documentation (desirable)
