Working closely with Operations, customers and site leadership, you'll lead a dedicated inventory team while ensuring best-practice inventory management and supporting the continued growth of the site.

What you'll be responsible for

• Leading inventory operations across a flagship multi-customer distribution centre, ensuring exceptional stock accuracy and customer service outcomes.
• Managing cycle counts, stock reconciliations, inventory investigations and reporting to maintain inventory integrity.
• Driving inventory control, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance.
• Coaching, mentoring and developing the inventory team while promoting a strong safety-first culture.
• Partnering with Operations, customers and key stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes and deliver outstanding service.
• Monitoring and achieving key inventory KPIs, with a focus on stock accuracy, reconciliation performance and root-cause analysis.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce inventory discrepancies and improve overall warehouse efficiency.

Are you the one?
You thrive in fast-paced warehouse and logistics environments and have a passion for inventory accuracy, problem-solving, and leading teams. With strong inventory management experience and a continuous improvement mindset, you're someone who can build relationships, influence outcomes, and make a real impact across a large-scale, multi-customer operation.

• Proven experience in inventory management within warehousing, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing or 3PL environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, stock reconciliations, cycle counting and inventory accuracy management.
• Experience using WMS platforms, RF scanning technology and inventory reporting tools.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• The ability to build strong relationships with customers, operational leaders and support functions.
• A passion for leading teams, driving continuous improvement and making a tangible difference within a large-scale operation.
