What does the job look like?

Ready to hit the road with a leading logistics team? We are looking for experienced HR Drivers to deliver beverages to a diverse customer network across Sydney, including hotels, clubs, restaurants, bottle shops and other licensed venues. You'll be responsible for multi-drop deliveries, manual handling tasks and EPJ operation while building strong relationships with our customers. Hours will be Monday to Thursday 6.30am to 2.30pm, with flexibility for daily overtime and weekend work as required during peak. Key areas:

• Drive in accordance with Linfox safety standards, always making Vision Zero a daily commitment and prioritising safe work practices.
• Safely complete multi-drop beverage deliveries across Sydney and surrounding areas.
• Apply a strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR), road transport legislation, vehicle safety requirements and the prompt reporting of safety or compliance risks.
• Represent the business professionally through reliable service, safe delivery practices, effective communication and positive customer and team interactions.
• Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service while building strong relationships and ensuring every delivery is completed safely, efficiently and on time.

Are you the one?

You can demonstrate:

• Hold current valid HR licence and demonstrate experience operating HR-class vehicles safely across multi-drop delivery routes and varied metropolitan customer locations each day without incident.
• Physically capable of safely completing manual unloading tasks and operating electric pallet jacks (EPJs) and tailgate equipment in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety through consistent pre-start inspections, effective fatigue management, prompt defect reporting and safe manual handling practices that minimise risk and prevent incidents.
• Demonstrate reliability, accountability and professionalism through punctual attendance, clear communication, strong organisation and a proactive approach to supporting customers, colleagues, vehicles and equipment.
• Previous experience in a similar role and/or FMCG desirable due to the nature of the work. Ie Tight delivery windows
