What does the job look like?

Linfox is seeking a Transport Supervisor to support our Retail operations across North Maclean and Lytton. Working Monday to Friday and rotating between sites throughout the week, you will provide frontline operational leadership while supporting the safe and efficient delivery of transport services. This role offers the opportunity to develop teams, improve performance and make a tangible impact across the operation. Key areas:

• Lead day-to-day transport operations
• Support allocators, drivers and subcontractors to achieve safe and efficient service outcomes
• Drive compliance with safety, fatigue, load restraint and Chain of Responsibility requirements
• Build strong relationships with customers and operational stakeholders
• Coach and develop operational team members while promoting a positive safety culture
• Identify opportunities to improve service performance, utilisation and operational efficiency

Are you the one?

You are a proactive leader who enjoys developing people, improving operational performance and creating a strong safety culture. You can demonstrate:

• Experience leading transport, logistics or operational teams in a dynamic environment
• Transport industry experience and knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements will be highly regarded
• Experience leading frontline teams to achieve safety, service and performance outcomes
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to compliance
• Proven stakeholder management across customers, contractors and operational teams
• Experience coaching and developing teams to improve capability and performance
