What does the job look like?

As part of a collaborative team onsite with our Customer, the Customer Service Analyst will be responsible for liaising between our customer, key internal Linfox stakeholders and shipping lines to ensure that product is available to meet Monthly Export Orders and Global Shipping requirements.

You will be passionate about providing an exceptional level of service, have a great attitude and provide a consistent approach to your work. You will connect our operations and support teams internally with the customer externally to ensure a flow of communication within our service delivery and to ultimately add value across all streams of service. Key areas:

  • Process orders in accordance with customer requirements, validate data and drive efficiency
  • Finalise order acceptance via SAP and monitor to identify any issues, following through to delivery
  • Liaise with external freight and shipping companies to confirm requirements and internal stakeholders such as operations and quality teams to ensure accurate information is provided
  • Receive, validate and process claims requests on behalf of our Customer
  • Manage any complaints and escalate as required to the Customer Service Manager in a proactive manner
  • Use a methodical approach to review reports and action accordingly

Are you the one?

This is a pivotal role requiring a highly organised, proactive and solutions focused individual. You can demonstrate:

  • Prior FMCG or Pharmaceutical experience will be highly regarded
  • Previous experience in a fast paced, global shipping and export environment will be highly regarded
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels whilst maintaining professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a solution focused attitude
  • Intermediate Excel and experience using SAP will be highly desirable
  • Confident problem-solving skills with a consistent approach to your work
