What does the job look like?

As an Operations Administration Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our senior-level management at our facility based in Erskine Park. In this position, you will be required to perform all general administration duties for the site, as well as process data entry and maintain spreadsheets. Key areas:

  • Act as the first point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
  • Format information for internal and external communication – emails, presentations and reports.
  • Assist with documentation including weekly KPI reports
  • Maintain and foster a successful and cooperative relationship between operational, quality and commercial teams
  • Enhance the work environment through effective communication and development of team members
  • Implement the appropriate OH&S procedures and legislative requirements

Are you the one?

This unique opportunity will suit someone who has a methodical approach to task completion and is highly organised, systematic, and has strong attention to detail. You will be a self – starter with a can-do attitude who can adapt to a changing environment. This role will see you work a Monday – Friday. You can demonstrate:

  • Previous administration experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Results orientated, and able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of OH&S legislative requirements is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel
