What does the job look like?

An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated and highly efficient Team Leader to join our Intermodal team based in East Arm NT. Reporting to the Territory Manager NT you will be responsible for supporting our Intermodal teams across the East Arm/Tennant Creek/Alice Springs & Katherine sites in order to deliver operational excellence from all areas of warehouse and distribution. Key areas:

• Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times.
• Providing exceptional support to staff to ensure KPIs are met and exceeded
• Managing staff issues across the various regions and sites in the NT 
• Supporting the Territory Manager to manage staff rosters and workload to meet and exceed customer requirements.
• Liaising with transport providers and the greater warehouse team to ensure an accurate and efficient inbound process

Are you the one?

• Proven leadership capabilities including the ability to effectively engage a team
• Extensive computer skills – Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook knowledge
• Strong communication skills and effective negotiation abilities
• Exceptional relationship building with customers across all levels
• Both LF Forklift & HC/MC driving licenses (desirable but not essential)
• Commitment to Linfox safety culture and values
• Ability to Travel to sites within the NT for 6 - 8 weeks Annually.
