What does the job look like?

Elevate your career with Linfox as a Commercial Analyst by developing and maintaining processes to analyse the sustainability and performance of BevChain operations. Support current operations, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to new business acquisition through strategic analysis and rate proposal development. By collaborating closely with Finance and Operations, you will gain a deep understanding of the financial impacts of decisions, fostering growth and performance improvement. Key areas:

• Develop detailed commercial models to analyse financial outcomes from operational scenarios and support the strategic decision-making process
• Provide commercial financial reporting and financial analysis to support the review, approval, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives and projects including variance analysis
• Implement continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and present directly to a portfolio of key customers
• Provide analysis and support to help the business understand financial performance compared to the plan, assisting operations management and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
• Create effective reporting tools for billing templates using Power BI to improve understanding of operational and financial fundamentals and facilitate the transition to digital platforms
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly reporting relating to operational performance based financial reporting and financial KPI’s
• Regularly connect and collaborate with various stakeholders, including key customers, to maintain and strengthen successful relationships across the business
• Comply with BevChain requirements, policies, and procedures at all times including the WHS Management system.

Are you the one?

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented individual with proven project management experience and excellent technical skills, capable of managing multiple work streams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis in a commercial environment, with a talent for spotting opportunities to enhance overall financial performance. Strong communication skills and a focus on nurturing and maintaining customer relationships are essential. You can demonstrate:

• Extensive experience in financial, economic, and statistical analysis or modeling
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting with a solid level of commercial business acumen
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, or Business, along with CA or CPA certification
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and computer literacy, with proficiency in Power BI and SAP required. Advanced Excel skills are required. (VBA, DAX)
