What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit are currently seeking a HR driver to join the team located in Cairns QLD. As a part of this role, you will be required to operate our automatic fleet completing up to 4 loads per day while safely delivering a variety of retail products to our local customers (store, docks and warehouses). We currently have a casual position available on day shift, working Monday to Friday starting between 5/7am with a rotation Saturday shift. Key Areas:

• Driving to Linfox Safety Standards at all times and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus.
• Available to work a consistent roster Monday to Friday on day shift.
• Completing correct load restraints and manual handling techniques.
• Ability to work & communicate effectively with team members, managers & customers on a day-to-day basis.
• Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation.

• Current and valid HR license.
• Current and valid LF license is highly desired.
