What does the job look like?

We are currently seeking an experienced team leader for our Cross Dock operation based in Kewdale WA. As part of this role, you will manage a small team of forklift operators to follow and deliver the work plan daily. Each day you will assign tasks, manage workflows, report on work activity to the Cross Dock Manager and assist with loading/unloading duties as needed. We currently have a 1pm – 9pm shift available working Monday to Friday, with reasonable overtime as needed. Key areas:

• Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements
• Carrying out and delegating tasks daily to the Cross Dock team
• Manage and maintain the data / admin tasks as needed
• Ensuring that all tasks are completed within contractual time frames
