Join Linfox, a renowned leader in logistics, as a Warehouse Supervisor at our BevChain division. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee the end-to-end management of our site on Night shift. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in pooling resources, guiding team members, and ensuring collective efforts in managing demand, workload, and priorities set by both Linfox and our esteemed customers. This is a permanent position Sunday - Thursday 9.00pm - 5:00am at our state-of-the-art facility in Truganina, Victoria. Key areas: 

• Uphold the highest standards of safety, adhering to Linfox's safety protocols and promoting a culture of well-being.
• Efficiently manage the site on shift, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional performance.
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands and achieve business objectives.
• Lead and inspire team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Guide and support the team in prioritizing tasks and meeting customer requirements.
• Maintain effective communication channels between all stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination across shifts.

Are you the one?

You can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the warehousing industry
• Sound communication skills, to manage the expectations of various stakeholders within the organisation.
• A ‘solution’ driven approach to workload management, whilst never compromising on safety or legislative compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel.
• Cultivate cooperative relationships with customers through regular personal contact, demonstrating genuine interest in their welfare and success.
